Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the address of our return facility.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos or videos as evidence.
Once verified, we will offer you a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
